Configure your BookMyName domain name

Log-in to your account: https://www.bookmyname.com
Click MANAGE then List of your domain names then on your domain name, then Personalize the content of your DNS then Advanced interface
In the text box specify the line www cname d.artfolio.com. (the full stop at the end of the line is important) then Submit
Click Return to Home then List of your domain names then on your domain name, then Your web redirect (change)
Leave the field under URL to forward blank, specify your full address (eg https://www.yourdomain.ext/) under Destination URL untick the box Transparent redirect leave the default type: permanently (301) then SUBMIT
