Ten days before your expiration date, you will receive a message with a link to the payment page to extend. It is not possible to extend before prior to this.
A second message will be sent to you on the expiration date, and you will then have an additional 20 days to extend.
If the payment is not made within 20 days following the expiration date, your portfolio will be deactivated.
